At The Scoliosis & Spine Deformity Institute, we are dedicated exclusively to the evaluation and surgical treatment of scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolisthesis, and complex spinal deformities. Led by fellowship-trained spine deformity surgeon Dr. Saqib A. Siddiqui, MD, our institute provides advanced, evidence-based care for both adolescents and adults.

From our primary surgical hub in The Woodlands (Houston, TX) and additional locations in Plano (Dallas, TX) and Corpus Christi, TX, we welcome patients from across Texas, the United States, and around the globe. Insurance & Payment

The Scoliosis & Spine Deformity Institute is committed to transparency in coverage and payment. Please note:

• We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or HMO insurance plans.
• We do accept commercial insurance plans and work closely with patients to clarify coverage and prior authorization requirements.
• We also serve self-pay patients who wish to proceed outside of insurance.
• For international patients, we accept select global insurance plans, including:
